The Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce an engaging evening with acclaimed writer and political commentator David Frum in conversation with academic and publisher Karen Valihora. This exciting event will take place on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at The Regent Theatre in Picton, Ontario.

Themed “The Trump Presidency and What’s Next for Canada,” this thought-provoking discussion promises insight into the shifting political landscape and its implications north of the border. Frum’s decades of experience in American politics and Valihora’s in the academy and in journalism will combine to offer a thoughtful and incisive discussion on the pivotal political issues shaping North America today.

Tickets are $50 per person, with an optional $50 private mix-and-mingle session with the speakers following the event. Availability is limited. Tickets to the Mix and Mingle are eligible for a tax receipt.

Proceeds will directly support the purchase of a new mammography machine for the future Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital, a critical advancement for local healthcare and early breast cancer detection.

This special event is generously sponsored by Bay of Quinte Mutual Insurance Co. Their support makes this important evening possible.
