Susan Brown is a health systems leader. She has devoted her career and held senior leadership roles in large academic hospitals in the areas of Patient Experience, People and Culture, Hospital Redevelopment, as well as Strategy and Transformation.  She holds a Master of Leadership from the University of Guelph, and is a certified Leadership Coach.  She is a committed life long learner and has recently completed certification in Diversity and Inclusion through Cornell University and Healthcare Leadership through the Rotman School

at the University of Toronto.

Susan has been a part time resident of The County for nine years and is an active member of The Ayl of Quinte Skiff Club, and a volunteer at County FM radio station. She first came to know the community through running as part of a relay team in the County’s fall marathon.
