Partners in Pink Golf Tournament - Thursday, October 9, 2025 - Wellington Golf Club

This October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re coming together to help raise $1 million to bring a state-of-the-art digital mammography machine to the new Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital (PECMH) — a vital tool for the early detection of breast cancer.

In response to overwhelming demand, the PECMH Foundation is excited to announce we are hosting the Partners in Pink Nine-Hole Golf Tournament this fall, on Thursday, October 9, at Wellington Golf Club,  sponsored by Bay of Quinte Mutual Insurance Co and Scotiabank.

💕 How You Can Take Part

• Sponsor a hole – $150
• Sign up to play – $160 per individual / $640 per foursome (includes dinner)
• Donate a prize for our live auction
• Or do all of the above!

📅 Schedule

• 2:00 p.m. — Tee-off (9 holes) at Wellington Golf Club
• 5:00 p.m. — Dinner
  Note: Golf fee includes dinner.

💗 Why It Matters

Breast cancer remains the most common cancer among Canadian women:

• 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed in their lifetime.
• Each year, 28,000 women and 270 men in Canada will hear the words, “you have breast cancer.”
• Early detection saves lives — nearly 90% of women diagnosed early survive at least 5 years.

The new, state-of-the-art digital mammography machine will ensure patients in our community have the best chance at early detection and lifesaving treatment.
