It’s the treat that keeps on giving!

The 2020 Smile Cookie results are in and they’re sweeter than ever.

Tim Hortons annual Smile Cookie Campaign raised $7,401 for the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation. This is the best Smile Cookie result raised locally to-date.

“This year’s campaign was a tremendous success again and it wouldn’t have been possible without the loyal support of our customers and the dedicated staff who worked hard last week to create those 7,401 smiles,” said Paul Massey, owner of the Picton and Wellington Tim Hortons.

The campaign ran for one week from September 14 to 20. Both the Picton and Wellington restaurants designated the proceeds of their $1 chocolate chunk cookie sales to the PECMH Foundation for the seventh consecutive year. There were 1,178 more Smile Cookies sold in 2020 than in 2019.

This year’s Smile Cookie campaign pushes Tim Hortons cumulative giving to $42,992.

This financial gift, made possible by all the customers who supported the Smile Cookie campaign, is an important investment in Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital and the health of our patients and community.”
